Wasn’t able to go to the actual dealership but the staff kept me updated about the car and were super friendly

Made an appointment to purchase the vehicle and they sold it to someone else on the same day. I would’ve been totally ok with this if they contacted me. I may have even purchased a different vehicle but I found out by going to the website to show a family member, and I see “SOLD” across the ad. I wait to see if they’ll call to notify me; Nothing. They finally “text” me four days later (the day before my appointment). “Sorry, the vehicle has been sold. You can see more cars at ….” Thanks for nothing.

The car-salesmen were aggressive. They didn’t let me know that the car I made an appointment to see had sold. Then they aggressively called me about five times to try to upsell me other cars while letting me know that I was incorrect in assuming the car I made an appointment to see should’ve been there. I assumed I would’ve been notified.

Owner was very helpful and professional. We bought my daughter's vehicle through his shop and it is running great.
