First off I go to this dealership, which is almost 90 minutes away. I called them on the phone in the middle of talking they hang up the phone on me. Secondly, I get there and still give them a chance I walk around outside. No one comes outside and ask me what am I looking for? I walked around for almost 15 minutes I look at some of there inventory a lot of there cars have obviously got a lot Of noticeable wreck damage. Some hoods won’t close on the cars. The monitor inside one of the cars was shattered. Just to name a few. Truth be told honestly if you want to get a car this should be the last place you look unless you’re absolutely bottom of the barrel, desperate unprofessional, unreliable, and most importantly undependable. A wasted trip and wasted time.

I got the car 1 week ago full price with no negotiating because they said the car had no issues nor any problems and every since the car arrived there's been nothing but problems from the start. Whenever the car came in they sent the car with no gas, it had two miles till empty. Supposedly they said they put 1/4 tank of gas but that was wrong and a lie. The ac hasn't worked at all and doesn't hold any air, I talked to the manager and he said to just add freon but that doesn't fix the problem. An engine code appeared two days later P0442 I had to replace the purge valve. There's a problem with the oil pressure that I still have to fix and I'm going to replace the pcv valve and see if it resolves the problem. I noticed the radiator is leaking and they never disclosed any of the problem either. To me the dealer hasn't been anything but dishonest, since it's my first time buying a car out of state I won't do it again. I would've not have bought the car if they have disclosed the problems.

If it wasn’t for them having the perfect van I would not have purchased a vehicle from them. I had spent months looking for a van with all the features I wanted. John, our sales person was nice but was hard to get in contact with after we purchased the vehicle. We dealt with his financial person Allison. We purchased the car on a Monday. At the beginning when we were talking about pricing, Allison stated that they would fix anything within 30 days as long as it was nothing that we did to the vehicle. She said they weren’t such a big corporation for no reason. When we went to talk about financing, she was dead set on us getting an extended warranty. To the point where it was almost uncomfortable to be in there. As if she knew something was wrong with it. Not to mention it was a long wait to actually get back there to talk about. It was almost like she was not taking no for an answer. We were put in a loaner car until ours was serviced and detailed…..
