I scheduled an appointment with the salesman to review and test drive a vehicle. I drove three hours from out of state, only to arrive at the dealership and be informed that the vehicle was already sold.

They are slack about updating their inventory online and then when they don’t have the vehicle that you were looking at that they have advertised, they will harass you multiple time per day with calls, text messages, and emails. If negative star rating were possible I would give them that.

Kevin Johnson is a rockstar, no-nonsense, super passionate about their cars and incredibly helpful. Made the experience what I would hope for in car sales, too many other dealerships gave me a scripted sales approach that didn’t build trust the same way Kevin did. Enjoyed working with you bud!

We finally found a used Kia Soul which we had been looking for for awhile. Our sales rep, Clare was exceptional. Since my husband just had back surgery, we were able to do all of the preliminary paperwork online and via the phone. Once we agreed to the deal, they had everything ready for us to sign the paperwork and go. They were super accommodating for us given our situation. Although I was not buying a high dollar vehicle, they treated us with respect and compassion as if we were. We appreciated the way they handled our deal and made it a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Clare and this dealership!

I had a list of cars I was interested in, and found them all , they had QR codes on all their cars so you could scan and get all the information I needed, was great, staff was great
