After arriving for my scheduled test drive. The sales consultant asked me why I was there after being called several times to confirm my test drive first red flag! Then I learned that the vehicle had not been inspected so I could not test drive the vehicle way I would have liked to I would think with all those confirming phone calls someone could have said the vehicle hasn't been inspected. I waste my time and my fuel ,I do believe the vehicle had some front end issues that was the second red flag. I asked if I could test drive it once it's been inspected and I have not heard back from the dealership since then I checked back on the website and it appears that the vehicle has increased in the price! Unbelievable Experience!

The whole process was pleasant and smooth. I would buy a car from Cal any day of the week.

After trying many times to get in touch with this dealer, they finally responded told me it was available. I told them I was interested and wanted to know their best price and if they could ship it to ERIE never heard an answer so I inquired again they said they would look into it. This is like the third time they said that then the next day I get a text that there was a credit app and deposit filled out pretty crappy way of doing business that’s why I don’t trust car salesmen

They answered my inquirer immediately, which I appreciated - a lot of the other dealerships did not. My only downside was there was no negotiation on pricing. That truck has sat on their yard for 2 1/2 years and is priced less then 15% off it's original MSRP. I made an offer that was ignored.

Went to the dealership at my scheduled appointment. Walked in and no one was available to greet me. I waited a few minutes and still no one. I didn't see the car on the premise. I had called earlier and was told to call again before I left to go to the dealership as the car was at the oil change place. I did but no one was available to answer the phone. So I went anyway. Above is what I experienced.

The dealership responded quickly and made the entire process easy. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Will return once I’m properly set up!
