I spoke to Joe on March 24th, to get an appointment to go look at the pacifica on Mar. 25th at 9am. When i got there,a different salesman told me the vehicle was sold the night before. No courtesy to notify me that the van was sold already..wasting my gas to drive all the way out there for nothing. And Joe didnt come out to speak with me either....I say it was very unprofessional and I didnt want to look at any other vehicle because of that experience and I left...

The salesman and sales manager were both very friendly and helpful. I mentioned to them I didn't have much time to spend there and they made the whole process quick and painless. I did purchase the car from them but was pretty disappointed to find out the previous owner smoked in the car. The dealership didn't seem to care when mentioned and advised me to go have it cleaned. The jeep came with rubber matts which will need to be cleaned due to the smell of smoke as well. The cloth matts are not correct for this car. They do not fit or snap into the floors. Once again, reached out to them and they were no help. I hope you do more and treat the next customer a little better. Purchasing this car was a big expense and commitment and I would have liked a little more kindness and help in a car you just sold me.

I went to this dealership to purcahse a 2021 Mazda3 Hatchback on March 7th, 2025. The service and communication from top to bottom was excellent. I live 2.5ish hours away in WI so clear and honest communication was what I needed, and it's exactly what I got thanks to my salesman, Carlos. On my first visit there, I was planning to just check out the car, test drive it and make sure everything was as it should be. We accomplished that, got the car funded through their financing department at a very fair rate which I was happy to do, got all of the papers signed and I was back on the road home in under 3 hours. I picked the car up on the 14th as that's when I had time and drove home happy and completely content with both the car and dealer experience. At no point were there any games played, no time wasted and everyone was very helpful but most importantly honest. They lied like they did a full inspection on the car had the car for two days the light popped up on the dashboard saying the car was overheating then on top of that I paid cash BMO warranty had me sitting all day for them to say they have to order the part and leave me with no way to move around had they done a full inspection on the car would not even be in this situation they not honest ppl just looking for a sell stay far away from them .People works hard for they money for them to be lying just for a sell and the car was definitely overpriced with out no warranty .Just sad and they reporting in accurate information on they cars save y’all self time and money go elsewhere
