Very flexible to my questions

Before I begin, this is NOT personal. Everyone I spoke with was respectful, I got the out the door quote I wanted in a good amount of time, my experience leading up to purchasing this vehicle was great. It was what happened after talking to Mike the 2nd time that was a complete letdown. I do not have a car right now, hence why I am car shopping. I asked him if I could test drive the Touring this upcoming Saturday 2/7 last week Thursday 1/29. I set an appointment because I knew I would have reliable transportation to the dealership on 2/7. I had my pre approval and the remaining down payment ready to purchase this car outright. How, based on all of this, do I wake up Sunday 2/1 to view the listing and it’s been sold? He says “We have 10 sales associates” “First come first serve” then why agree to my request if you thought it would be gone sooner than 2/7? I’ve spoken to various dealerships that were at least able to tell me about the vehicle’s demand. It wasn’t fair to be honest.

when we got to the dealership we were greeted by a salesman very polite told us to be reassured that that their vehicles have been gone thru carefully so that the customer wouldn't have any issues test drove Jeep liked it bought it before we left the lot drivers side headlight wasn't working key fob didn't work windshield wiper fluid wouldn't work rear wiper wouldn't work called the next day about key fob they wanted me to bring the jeep back and they would replace it they are over 3 hours away not happening they sent me the money for there cost of the fob bought 2 to replace one when I went to get them programmed the dealership said they couldn't program them because of an eletrical issue and it was going to cost almost $800 to fix called dealership back and haven't heard anything back that was a week ago it's a nice vehicle but not worth the hassle

I ended up not purchasing a car from them but they were very very helpful and they were very accurate and detailed and quick to give me all the information to assist me and what I wanted to do and I was very appreciative of that

Corresponded with dealer via text and made an appointment. Upon arrival vehicle was not on location (located an hour away) and I was then asked if I’d like to wait for an hour while they retrieved the vehicle. I promptly left as I found this very unprofessional. Don’t make an appointment with a buyer if you don’t even have the vehicle in your possession. Waste of time because I drove 30 min to see this vehicle.
