Red 2013 Toyota Corolla was not available, so I drove almost 40 minutes for nothing. They had bad communication - didn’t pick up the phone and send you directly to an AI bot to chat. Dealer was kind enough to show me other cars when I got there but there weren’t any cars I wanted. The car is still showing as available almost a week later for some reason.

She was very professional and nice.

Drove 3 hours to buy car based on mileage and price. Car smelled terrible and was very dirty inside. Only had one see of keys. Asked manager to inquire with previous owner about extra key. Never got a reply. Check engine came on very next day. Obviously they did not run a diagnostic before listing for sale. Very disappointing.

When you inquire you get sent to carmax corporate who try to ask annoying questions like “tell me more about why you’d like to own a. Jaguar”. After she finally transferred me to the store to see if the car was available and if they’d sent some real time photos, no one answered and then no one called back.
