Worse experience forst of all sales guy wanted one of my kids to stay whom are 10,9,8,years old. He said we havd a tv. So i told my husband stay with the kids and go next door check out another car. sales guy drove off the dealership on the test drive.which never had i experience that.I purchased a car next door very helpful guy Josh the owner. Was goung to go on test drive but when he seen my husband with 3boys he said you can go test drive. So he picks me up at Hyundai. The manager Brian was rude. I love their vehicle but my kids lived the other one they actually got to ride on. So definitely will never purchase a car from hyunday

My advice from reading other reviews, along with my short experience, stay away. I had scheduled a test drive, ended up not being able to make it for the test drive. I sent the message to what I'm guessing is a chat bot test message letting them know I wasn't going to be able to make it in. Throughout the day after the scheduled appointment my phone had been blowing up non stop calls from the dealership, I was busy and didn't have time to deal with salesman. Late that night I had time to listen to the voicemail that their salesman Ty had left. It was very rude, he had a piss poor attitude, along with stating "I hope I didn't waste my time washing the car you were scheduled to come see". After listening to his demeanor over the voicemail I chose to not reschedule and purchased a vehicle at a more reputable dealership. Read the reviews first!
