Keith was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. We live about four hours from his dealership, but communication was excellent from start to finish. He went above and beyond by taking the time to send detailed videos of the Jeep we were interested in, which was incredibly helpful given the distance. Ultimately, my daughter decided she wanted a hard-top Jeep, while this one was a soft-top, so we did not move forward with the purchase. However, I would not hesitate to work with Keith again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and responsive salesperson.

Very quick process. Vehicle was ready for my arrival and I was able to get a test drive and initiate the purchase process. Kevin was great at communicating from making our appointment to the pick up of the vehicle. I will recommend Mid Atlantic Auto in the future.

called about a vehicle for sale said car was having a radio installed. called back 3 times each time was told they'll call me when it's ready. never got a call back will never deal with them ever again
