Prompt response after my inquiry. Called and they answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment for me to come in and check the car out in person. Once there, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up making the purchase. I wasn’t pressured into getting any add ons and I walked away knowing I got a great deal and great service. They will be my go to dealer for future purchases and service.

Worst car burning experience ever staff is rude, condescending, and threatening. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I will be definitely following up with the dealer board to make sure this person doesn't stay in business anymore. Take your money elsewhere.

They contacted me after they reduced the price of the car and sold it to someone else. I contacted them by phone and text and just got a response, 10 days later. Glad business is so good for you at Pacific VW.

Mario got back to me the next morning after I sent in my inquiry. He was able to provide the carfax and confirm some questions that I had. We scheduled a test drive and I bought the car. Process was fast and easy. Car was in condition as noted. They did offer a 30 day warranty to cover 50% of any engine issues, which was peace of mind that they believed it was in great working condition. So far its been a week with no issues. The cars in the lot are exceptionally nice for a used car lot. I would highly recommend Elegant to anyone and would buy from them again.

I was contacted by dealer about the car and asked for financing. I was told they would help me and I filled application online. It's been over a week and they still haven't contacted me back. I have no more intention of doing business with them as they have very poor customer service.
