Beware Prices advertised are not truly what you find when you get to the sales table. Bait & switch prices by thousands.

Lexus El Cajon adds on 3 items that cost an additional $2500 over the asking price. Paint Protection, Security System and 1 other. They are not transparent with their listed price. Staff was nice.

The condition of the car online versus in person did not match. Staff were not very friendly or talkative. Had to approach the manager and he yelled at the workers “customer behind you”

Great dealership! My sales person was Bryce Moreno, he did an awesome job, helpful but not pushy. The financing department was great as well, everything was quick and convenient. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, but my experience was great.

I set up two appointments telling him I probably wouldn't be able to make one but I was going to try. Sure enough I didn't make the first one but said I would make the second one. Before attending my second one I CALL HIM, he didn't call me or text or email, to make sure the car is there before I go to my appointment. Sure enough the car is not there and has been sold for 2 days! No call no email no text from him. Then he lies to my face and tells me that that was the only model of this car available on the West Coast when right here on this site you're sending me other ones that are even in my area closer. You can sell the car that's fine, but notify the people who also wanted to buy it that it's sold. Don't lie to people's faces, they have the internet, they know info. Do better Enterprise, do better.

They advertise a cheaper price thst is only available you purchase dealer add ons. Won't be dealing with them again

This was a nice dealership, easy to find all the cars on the lot were nice cars from the appearance that I saw i looked all around the lot. They were all in really nice condition. Haven't been back just yet, but I do plan to go back there. I'm interested in a car and I liked what I saw from the first impression. The salesperson was nice amd they did get back to me quickly in my initial inquiry.
