Dealer was very good to deal with transparent easy going and helpful

The dealer met by appointment on an off day, which was very helpful for our schedule. The very next day by 5:30 in the evening, we had the keys in hand and driving our new car. He was very helpful and professional, and knew the answers to any of our questions. Even helped us with an extended warranty, I highly suggest James Motors .

Very pleasant couple. Owner very knowledgeable, very laid-back, no pressure, let the vehicle sell itself. Answered all question and goes way beyond what other dealers would never do. Could not ask for a better experience. I would purchase from this dealer without hesitation!!!!

Other than the fact that less than an hour earlier I was told the car was there and all cleaned and ready to go, and would be right up front ready to test drive. I arrived and was told to wait in a disgusting little room for the sales manager who 15 minutes later and walked to the entrance and proceeded to inform me "that the car had been had been sold early that morning" I spent 40 years in the auto sales industry 35 of it as sales mgr., F&I mgr. and 10 as GSM and I told him that "I don't and won't ever work with a dealer who practices "Bait and Switch". I proceeded to tell him to lose my number and never contact me again. My son got up and left immediately and ignored his attempts to justify it and blamed the BDC for the mistake which again tells me and standard operating protocol for them. I was suggest you reevaluate your decision to work with them, it seriously effects YOUR brand. I am also considering posting this review on your site.
