I called numerous times. No call backs. I started to text and i received a short response a day later. I actually offered to buy car for maybe $ 400 less than asking and a day later all I got was , that's our best price , thanks. No calls, negotiation. I guess they didn't need my business for a car that's been sitting on their lot for almost 2 months . I tried 4 times. Time to move on.

Inquired about the MDX. Heard from one person and then another. When inquired about recall repair, car went off market and did not receive another reply. About one week later, reached out again. Then they replied that they had other MDX for sale. Bought my Lincoln from them when Herb owned the dealerships. Even though it was not a good experience, I still have that vehicle. I expected a better experience since new ownership needs to build a rapport.

I had spoken to someone to schedule a test drive. I called the day before to indicate I could not make that day but was informed the car was already under agreement with another buyer. Hoped someone would have called me to inform me the car was under agreement.
