Dealerships near me (East Boston, MA)

Staff was great, test drive was smooth.

I shopped this car online and purchased it the next day via SMS, email, and phone calls. I live in NH and didn’t have time to commute to Cambridge so they shipped the vehicle to me the next day. This Mini arrived as described and runs great! No issues with title or registration! Thank you for providing excellent service, Muhammed! I highly recommend City Motor Retail! Ask for Muhammad =)

Rob, thanks for your outstanding customer service. Friendly people, good communication, clear, I definitely recommend people to buy your dream vehicle from Everett Auto Gallery.

This is a Bait & Switch dealership. Monday, I made a Thursday appointment to see the car. Tuesday, they phoned to ask if I was still interested. Wednesday, they texted for me to confirm I was coming. Thursday, at 11:30AM, they phoned to say they would have it ready. I was already driving to the dealership. I arrived early. "Sorry" they said. "It JUST got sold. But let us show you these other cars." I pointed out that if, indeed, it had "just sold," the buyers were already doing the paperwork when they called me.

Dealership never reached back out

For most part my experience was pleasant! My visit was short because I knew what I wanted and I had the cash on hand. Chris and Hunter were my heroes!

INTERCAR Auto Sales provided good customer service and communication and were easy to work with. I commute an hour each way to work, so I needed a car with better mpg. They offered a great price for this car. My VW Jetta is cute and comfortable with lots of zip.

Jonathan was excellent. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Boston!

Recently visited a few dealers Johns had the professional personnel. Great customer service.
