Above and beyond experience. Found the exact car I was hoping to get but my credit is so bad I got denied by 2 other dealerships. I was hoping they would do buy here pay here but Marvin said that they have an excellent financing department and to give them a chance. I had nothing to lose so I completed the credit application and Ms Deedee worked her magic the next day and I couldn't believe how good of a deal it was. Car looked great and drove amazing. Financing company asked for a lot of stuff but Ms Deedee was so patient and helped me through out the entire process. I'm so ever grateful for everyone at this awesome dealership. I already sent them a relative that also was approved and bought a nice Jeep Cherokee, she's very happy as well. I will definitely recommend for everyone to buy from Ottomatic Motors. You will be very happy

I didn’t proceed with a test drive because from one inquiry about 4 maybe 5 people from the dealership contacted me multiple times. My experience made me know under no circumstances ever step foot on a car lot unless you want locust(sales) to descend upon you. I’ll be finding an alternative to the dealer process.

I drove over an hour to buy 2 cars. The Land Rover had electrical issues before I could leave there lot on a test drive, the windshield wipers stopped working. The second car a Dodge Nitro had a knock in the rear by the wheels when changing gears or hitting a bump. We were told nothing was wrong with it but you could clearly see where the rear wheel fender had been replaced and spray painted as they accidentally painted parts of the car. Not to mention when we got there around 1 in the afternoon they were closed, we had to wait 20 min. for them to get there. The young lady was nice but the guy seemed uninterested as he started to work on his own car. Stay away they want too much money for these type of issues.
