Salesman was nice.but I sent him message letting him know wasn't no longer interested in truck.went ahead and got me approved.then I get message congratulations on purchase I didn't make

Truck was in very poor condition and the listing said nothing about all the body damage. It had hail damage, dents from front to back on top of the vehicle from falling debris, and terrible rust repairs on the bed.

If I could do 0 stars… The worst. Confusing communication and pushy sales. I am so confused by their poor communication and automated responses, I’m not sure how to explain how bad this was. The truck was not as described - not V8, but V6. After back and forth asking if they had a V8, a real person jumped in the text and said that they had many but I needed to come in. They didn’t have what I wanted. I explained I was out of town and buying a truck this week. I’d be happy to come in once I saw pics of a truck that matches my search, and we had figured outa price that would work. He said they would not talk price unless I was in person. Then I received two more automated texts asking if I was still looking for a V8. I’m currently getting a PPI done on a truck 13 hours away from me, where we are negotiating price.

I drove an hour from Michigan after making a deal over the phone. I showed them my cash offer from caravana from my trade in and was assured they would match it. When I got there the offered me 4$ thousand less and wanted more for there car then agreed . Stay away from here you can’t trust them.
