Terrible. Never saw vehicle. Went by did paper work then was told the car needed the windshield replaced and was not there. Sales lady contacted me the next day to look at it that evening but I was at work so I scheduled to look at it the next morning. Car was still getting window replaced so im not sure why she even called. Not a honest dealership.

That was very disappointment. I asked for your information. I never got it. I requested again and again, and never got Back with me.

i drove 4 hours to look at a vehicle, i was in communication with the salesman for days. sold the car 10 minutes before i got there. after i made an appointment to look at the vehicle because of how far i was driving

I received multiple texts the day before my appointment asking if I was going to make the appointment. I responded yes each time. Then the day of the appointment I received text again asking if im still coming as I was driving to the appointment. When I arrived they told me the car was sold the day before. So I drove over an hour to this appointment.

the car advertised was misleading. Online is says that is has been on the lot for over 160 days. When I inquired about this car, I was told it was sold and I could get one that would coming soon. However, it was not the same price, but more and I was being jerked around about information. I am not impressed with their marketing, I feel it was to lure people in under false pretense. Then when I discussed the options for the car (Toyota Corolla Cross), things kept getting added to the price when I was straight forward with what I wanted on the car. For me, this is an integrity issue. I will not do business with anyone who behaves this way. I can buy a car just about anywhere, and that is what I did. I went to a different Toyota dealership that didn't give me any of that nonsense.
