Visited Tuckahoe Autoland last weekend (in under 10 degree weather). Dealer showed me the car which was in the back of many cars. He also showed me a Nissan that was in back of many cars. Neither car could/would be moved so that I could test drive them. Dealer kept asking if I was financing or paying cash. I let them know that I wouldn't consider buying any car that I could not test drive.

Everything went smoothly. I didn’t end up getting the car I wanted though because it was sold and when I tried to keep communicating with them about other options/updates they stopped communicating with me!

Great salesperson. The car we were interested in though was sold (salesperson didn’t know). Other good stock but we weren’t interested. Salesperson tried to make offer in an alternate car but no sales pressure and was very polite when we declined. We will go back again given good experience.

Sales person (Lisa) is very helpful so far.

This dealership does not honor the advertised price! A whole new price is used to arrive at the final sale price. Truly a bait and switch operation! How do you arrive at over 34k if the advertised price was $27,995? By adding fees and selling packages covered under the warranty. Absolutely no room for negotiations. Need less to say, I walked away without the vehicle. The salesperson wasted more that 1/2 hr attending to others while I waited in the showroom! The car had a knocking sound and he stated that the car would be taken to the shop. The car was still sitting on the lot when I walked out, which told me there was no intention on addressing the sound. Salesperson was aware that I was coming from out of state, yet, when I arrived, the car was still at least 6-8 cars deep. Another 1/2 hr was spent waiting for the car to be pulled out. Mr. Sales Manager, it is not the customer's concern whether you paid too much at an auction and whether you will be losing money on this vehicle!
