It was weird. They started the monthly payment $100 extra than what I finally ended up paying, for the same 5 years period. Had to go back and forth a few times before they gave me a price that made sense, had to show the calculations on my phone. Also I had requested them to use my bank for financing specifically. I doubt they hit it because they came back with an insane interest rate, which didnt make sense. We shook at a OTD price but when I was signing the papers, it was much higher. They also added some hidden fees which I only saw at the end. Didnt have the time to confront them. Would recommend going , if you got time and to only proceed once they give you the final OTD printed out.

It’s a great place to get a used car or a new car. I recommend it to friends and family.

I saw a listing posted on the app CarGurus for a Volvo XC 90. I contacted the dealership through the app and asked for an I packet with service records. The listing on CarGurus was incomplete, there was no market price or asking price or price rating, absolutely no information about pricing at all. I was contacted by three or four individuals who wanted me to come in and talk to them. None of these people ever sent me the information I asked for the I packet with service records. Eventually I learned by email that the car was a trade in they bought. Only after dozens of emails did I receive a price, a high price by the time it was evaluated by CarGurus. But before that was finally posted I tried to find out why they were asking for such a price considering the year, mileage, and other features. Wasted a lot of time, got no information. No ethics practiced in listing. What can you expect in transactions?

I rate dealer as follow…(Benny) I didn’t even make it to the dealership because my initial interaction with the sales representative over text was very poor and unprofessional. When I submitted my offer—which was only $5,000 below the original asking price—they questioned me as if I was unreasonable. They repeatedly asked where I came up with that number, even after I explained it, and they never provided a counteroffer. They simply stayed firm on their price, which I’m completely fine with, but the way I was questioned felt very unprofessional and discouraging not willing to be flexible at all, and you would think their price is already great or amazing but it’s not because you can compare on this app many different vehicles with the same year same miles same models for a little bit less than the asking price for this one.
