To John Scisly and Michael Prison, I am extremely disappointed by my experience at your dealership on April 2, 2026, at approximately 11:45 a.m. I visited with the serious intention of purchasing a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz S580 with 16,938 miles, VIN: W1K6G7GB7RA281345, and I had already gone through the necessary steps to ensure I was financially prepared to move forward. Instead of being met with honesty, professionalism, and customer care, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and completely dissatisfied. The biggest issue was that the vehicle had a check engine light on at the time it was being shown and discussed for sale. That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer for the listing price, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car.
