Got the truck, less than 100 miles after I bought the truck the front driver side tire fell off while going down the road. All five of the lug nuts had backed out. After getting it home myself and taking it to a shop to get a quote they didn’t like the price of the necessary repairs that needed to be made to make the truck safe to drive. But said that their shop was far to busy to get around to fixing it any time soon, so they cut me a check for less than half of the cost of repairs and said “We think that you can find a place to get it done cheaper.” Mind you I travel for work, only coming home a few days a month. This whole situation has been a nightmare. 0 out of 10 for not backing the product they sell on a problem that could have been avoided by having a competent mechanic.

Shaun W. was a pleasure to work with. I was there a long time while Shaun worked on trying to meet my expectations. After multiple hours, Shaun worked his magic and I was able to leave with a deal I was happy with. I was wanting a bit more for my trade in, but Shaun was able to to get me a few more extras on my new purchase to make up for the loss in my trade.

Received one text from dealership asking how my day was. Responded with questions regarding the vehicke and no answers received. Few days later I looked at listing again and it was gone.

This dealer would not give a straight answer about pricing via email or text, but would try to get you to come into their showroom and hold you their for hours to wear you out until you give in and buy a vehicle for the price and all the addons they trick you into. I did not have time to drive to their showroom and have asked them repeatedly to give me an honest price via email, they kept giving me the run around until I decided that they are not the people I want to make a deal with. I ended up contacting another dealer who did not waste my time and gave me a quote via email and ended up buying from them. I would not recommend Coughlin Nissan.

Vehicle was as advertised. Dealer addressed concerns and delivered the vehicle.

Communication was very bad. They also lied to me about contacting me. Then they sold the car as I was on my way will not shop there

These guys were great to work with! I worked specifically with Nick C and he was amazing. Went above and beyond, had great communication and would come back again just to buy another car from him. Overall, it was a painful experience and they were extremely reasonable!

Gave me run around on my trade in on a 87k cyber truck. After wasting time I went elsewhere. Anton’s communication skills are lacking for being in sales.
