Dealerships near me (Dracut, MA)

My experience was good to start off, not great, but good. However, after I purchased the vehicle I found some issues. In particular a leaky roof. The dealer has chosen to avoid responsibility for this issue. I realize now that there were several issues that he had to have know about, but pretended not know. This is very unfortunate. I should have known. Based on my total experience to date, I would not recommend or buy another vehicle from this dealer. If I were asked in the beginning my answer would have been different, but my overall experience changes that, unfortunately. They seem like good people but business deal needs to be an end to end experience.

Excellent customer service

Even though we made an appointment for a test drive nobody was available when we arrived. Salesman said they were in a meeting. I was given the appointment time by them, why would you set the time when there is a meeting. They were extremely unorganized and almost showed the wrong car. Took them a total of 40 minutes the finally bring the car out and do test drive. Car had a small ding in it which was not disclosed or pointed out. Car was very clean and salesman did take his time to show the car. Communication was not very good closing the sales and organizing pickup and binder from insurance. With some attention to detail our experience could have been much better. We are repeat customers and this was the most frustrating experience. If we were not set on a specific car we would have gone elsewhere.
