I had a great experience with Robert from beginning to the very end in a park and ride in the middle of nowhere where he agreed to deliver my car after it wasn’t ready on the day it was supposed to be. Robert is trustworthy and honest. I looked around for weeks and Auto Stop had the best deal for the best experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy my car (tried to buy closer) but it was worth it.

Answer my questions and was 100% truthful. Nice guy.

I did not receive a reply about an inquiry on a vehicle..

Having only gone for a test drive of my target vehicle, I can't say how the buying experience is. The car was there, available, as advertised and ready to drive. The communication from the dealer was very good. I did not buy the car only because it did not suit me, not for any dealer-related issue.

These lots suck...you be honest with them and they play games..I was up front let them know my credit is bad bad...I was looking to get a 5000 to 10000 car and put half...but of course they sell you dreams basically beg you to fill out the credit app. Promising you will get approved..then you don't t and then be rude...and they also called me and texted me about the same car after claiming they couldn't get me approved

Very professional, good costumer service and knowledgeable about the vehicle purchase
