While the sales manager, Jarrod, was professional and polite in his communication, the dealership seems entirely disconnected from actual market reality regarding branded/compromised vehicle histories. The vehicle in question has a 2023 theft recovery on its history report. Anyone familiar with automotive finance or insurance knows this represents a permanent 15% to 20% hit to a vehicle's value, drastically impacting future trade-in or insurance total-loss payouts. Despite this major liability, the dealership refused to realistically adjust their pricing, citing their own internal cost and markup constraints.

First, no one responded to me after my initial requests.
