Dodge dealerships near me (Westlake, OH)

They tried to sell us a truck with an oil leak without telling us. After we found out by crawling under the truck they tried to tell us it wasn’t a big problem, then they refused to take any money off and they wasted three hours of our lives, what a waste of a dealership

Ross at the dealership was extremely helpful. He gave me a walk around video since I was coming from an hour away, to make sure I liked the vehicle. I was at the dealership less than an hour. The Ram is excellent. The dealership sales and service were excellent. Highly recommend.

Salesmen was very accommodating! He responded and sent information, video, etc. very promptly. Price was great and vehicle was what I was looking to purchase. Before I could get transportation estimates and arrange, it sold!

Have great service in great cars

Purchased the vehicle with severe undisclosed damage to both sides. There was a poor attempt to hide the damage with body filler. Online photos were not accurate. Asked for a video of it starting up to see if there was ticking (broken exhaust manifold bolt). The video avoided the first few minutes of it warming up so the tick would go away. The walk around portion of the video avoided showing the damage. I signed finance documents and two days later I was told I needed to resign. Upon looking at the documents they tried to add $1600 for wheel and tire protection. Made them take it off. The funniest part is one of the tires doesn’t match the rest are in poor shape and the wheels are in horrible shape so the wheel protection plan is very laughable. They delayed shipping and communication. I asked to unwind the deal or get $4500 in compensation. They told me they did their due diligence and I haven’t talked to them since.
