I filled out the prequalified application through Cargurus and I was told the dealership would Need to verify my income, insurance and a couple other things. The dealership contacted me fairly quickly. They wanted me to fill out another credit application because they said they couldn’t find my information that was sent to them. We went back and forth for about a day or so and then the car was sold. I explained to the dealership that I did not want multiple inquiries on my credit report and then they stopped responding to me.

I was deceived about the vehicle being available only after taking a lyft there to be immediately pass on to someone with whom i was not originally speaking with. Only to be told it's been sold . The GL was and still to this date in the lot. I iimmediately walk out and order a lyft home. A Huge Waste Of My Time!

The friendliest dealership we've ever been in!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and offered refreshments (coffee,tea, water). Everyone introduced themselves , congratulated us on our purchase ,etc. Our salesman , Langston was EXCELLENT!! He kept in contact with us via text & phone throughout the whole process. He was very quick to answer any questions we had and/or our financial advisor had. She also remarked how quickly he answered a question she had. We drove 9 hours ,one way , to purchase this truck.
