I love this car.

We were there for almost 4 only looked at one vehicle because the one we wanted wasn’t in the lot so we didn’t get to test drive the car we chose. We were told the ceramic coating was free but there was a charge. Due to not being able to see the car during the purchase, we signed all paperwork but after it was delivered we didn’t like the inside of the car. But we had already signed all the paperwork so we got stock with it. I was a salesman so everything that happened during my purchase was backwards. So honestly I’m not really happy with the purchase.

I was surprised, the process was smooth and easy. Ryan did a great job.

The staff was great until the day after I made the purchase. Tried three different ways to contact the finance department and was unsuccessful. A simple call back would have upped my rating.

The vehicle had more features than expected and Carlo was excellent in demonstrating how to use them. The staff was welcoming and the buying experience was very pleasant. I was happy being able to get the truck for the price posted. Thank you, CarGurus.

I had a pretty awful experience with the Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram Avondale dealership. I inquired on a truck and then was met with what appeared to be chat bot responses. I was then transferred to a sales associate named Yolanda Ortiz. I stated that I was buying from out of state multiple times and that I also had 2 trade ins to work with. She asked for my trade in details and I promptly gave those to her. 5 days went by with no response from her or anyone else about where we were at reharding details about the trade ins, financing process, and out of state pick up/delivery process. I sent multiple emails checking in on the status of the deal. Again, no reply. I received a notification yesterday from CarGurus that the truck was now sold. Wow. What a way to treat customers who are actively trying to close a deal. Thanks for wasting my time.
