We had an incredible experience we walked in got the car test drove. Our salesman was well educated on the vehicle. He told us everything we needed to know the purchase was smooth no hidden fees or damages. Everything was perfect. I highly strongly recommend getting a vehicle from this place.

I decided to keep my vehicle but dealership was very helpful and did whatever they could do to help make the deal.

IMO Westgate has really gone downhill with customer service. I was given an appointment and the dealership was closed at my appointed time. I received an email with no apology just wanting to know if I was still interested in the vehicle. This isn’t my first issue with Westgate so I don’t know why I even bothered with them again. I didn’t even go back to look at the vehicle because I want to be valued when I spend my money.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Car was a wreck. No ac, none working radio among other issues. Tires had metal showing. Said I could drive it back home 100 miles like that. A complete waste of time. If you are looking for a quality used car. This is not the place to go. They were not upfront with anything. Their add said that all dealer fees were included in the price but that was also not true. The young lady on the phone was the nicest part of the entire day. I came home without the car. How could any dealer put money over safety. Buy our car and go get a new set of tires so you can drive it home. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dealership unless you are buying a new vehicle. They do not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. Sell high and sell volume. That is it. As you can plainly see. My 4 hour trip for the car I wanted was a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Excellent deal

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW
