We had an incredible experience we walked in got the car test drove. Our salesman was well educated on the vehicle. He told us everything we needed to know the purchase was smooth no hidden fees or damages. Everything was perfect. I highly strongly recommend getting a vehicle from this place.

I decided to keep my vehicle but dealership was very helpful and did whatever they could do to help make the deal.

I drove 3 hours to get there, spent 4 hours at the dealership. Was happy with test drive. Saw left turn signal not working. They took car to service to fix. After very long wait was told it needed a module. Had to be ordered, would deliver car to me. Drove my trade in back home, 5 days later car was delivered. Trim is missing from wheel well, was on the car when I bought it, center console was taken apart and not reinstalled properly (was fine at test drive). No spare tire, cruise control not working. A/C worked fine during test drive, not working after delivery. One of the key fobs doesn’t work, was told just put a battery in it. Have called several times and nobody has done anything to remedy/fix problems. Spoke to General Manager who was going to look into everything, he did not call back, I called again GM was “in a meeting” he hasn’t returned my calls. Was pressured into service agreement cost extra $3,000. No real details on coverage Still hoping for positive resolution

Haven't had a chance to get to the dealership yet! I have been sick for a couple of weeks! Will be there soon so I can test drive the Yukon!

Communication in house is terrible. I drove from Chapel Hill for them to tell me it's not available, WHILE STILL SHOWING AVAILABLE. Jose confirmed that it's there before I drove out

Very disappointed. Original price of jeep was $18k. They raised the price to $21300 after being at the dealer for almost 2 months saying it needed a new rear end. Have been in contact several times with the dealer and the price is not negotiable right now. Was really looking forward to driving this jeep home. Also, down pmt on car gurus was $500, dealership changed to $3k. Im still trying to negotiate. Will update if I can get anywhere

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW
