I traveled nearly 3 hours to purchase my truck and the team at James CDJR were great. Paperwork was quick and painless with no surprises. Would buy another vehicle from James CDJR in the future.

We were greeted with a smile by Dave Edwards and he made the process smooth and easy. He was easy to talk to and felt no pressure at all. He was real and down to earth. If you come here, make sure you ask for Dave! The downside was we finished over closing and everyone had left by time I got into the car to realize the tank was empty. Typically if you buy a new car the dealership fills the tank. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Huge amounts of hidden fees. Dealership uses “bait and switch” tactics to try to lure customers in with an advertised price, and then raises them and plays dumb about it
