I spoke to Ahmad Jabari. The experience from beginning to end was pleasant. He was knowledgeable, the dealership was clean and inviting. There was no pressure to buy, haggling, or false advertising. The Navigator pictures on the site, and the condition of the vehicle matched. Bash in financing was able to get me a better rate than I had been quoted from my banks and credit union. The transition from filling out the application on www.cargurus.com to FCDJR sped up the time we spent in the dealership from test driving to completing the sale! Great experience and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase go to this dealership. I also traveled 1.5 hours to get to the dealership, but it was worth it!

The sales employee had a difficult time listening to what info I was requesting although he was at least cordial. After doing some research on other peoples experiences at this dealership, I texted the sales employee and told him that I was going to pass on the car. The sales MANAGER promptly called me and asked why I had changed my mind. I told him that I was uncomfortable with how many negative reviews I had read about their dealership online. He then told me that he was “suspicious” of me not wanting to put a $2000 NON-refundable deposit on such an expensive vehicle. I live out of state so I was not able to see the vehicle in person until the following week. I’m sure glad I didn’t waste any more of my time with this “business”
