The staff knew absolutely nothing about the car and I actually told them the history etc about the car . They were unable to answer any questions. Additionally they added additional charges and increased the price upon giving me a quote . Was not confident to purchase from this dealership. Also the salesperson that I was communicating with was let go the same day .

Car sold before I could get there

After a multitude of contact attempts, including missing a call from them and with 4 immediate callback attempts, no answer, I still had to wait a couple days to finally intercept their call. Their dealer fees are astronomical, so I tried to gain insight on why once I finally could talk to someone. $1,000 Doc Fee on top of electronic filing fee??! LoJack anti theft device fee of $700 CANNOT be opted out of. I asked if the device had been installed, they said no but they install them on all of their vehicles. I even asked if I were to sign papers on the car right now and didn’t want the device if they’d take the fee off, they said no. Thankfully for CarGurus, I was able to see the breakdown of their fees, since they didn’t provide them to me directly. Disappointed, but another dealer that wants to work for the customer will get my business.

They scheduled me an appointment to do a test drive and buy the car and then before I got there they sold the car they didn't call me they didn't communicate and tell me that the car was sold I found out because I got an email saying the car was sold so I waited a couple of days and then I called them and they go oh yeah we sold it so no I would never do business with them not at all
