Dodge dealerships near me (Kokomo, IN)

Made an appointment to go test drive a car that they said was available. They sold the car and stated they were going to find another one in its place. That was the last I heard from them 4 weeks ago. No follow up no combination.

Not willing to deal on price telling me they are firm on it then less then a week u drop the price so sounds like u don't won't to deal at all

If I could give a 0 star I would. I made an appointment for a test drive and they sent the car to another dealer before my appointment with no notification. I was basically told “that’s the car business.” Horrible professionalism and very poor customer service. No one at the top knew anything about the situation but wasn’t willing to offer any help.

They made my first car buying experience smooth and helped me so much and so quickly as I needed this so badly for my family and it was meant to be all around. They were amazing and very friendly. They did everything to ensure I was happy and that I would be comfortable. The 3.5 hour trip there and back was worth it!
