I am extremely disappointed with the way this dealership conducts business. I arrived during my lunch break to look at a truck and found that my salesperson was assisting another customer. I stood in the lobby for several minutes while multiple salespeople were present, yet no one acknowledged me or asked if I had been helped. I eventually approached the managers’ desk and asked if someone could show me the truck. Zach was asked to assist. Unfortunately, his attitude was very much “take it or leave it.” I told him to let my salesperson, Paul, know that I was interested and to have him give me a call. After not hearing from Paul, I reached out myself and got the impression that Zach never communicated my interest. Once I spoke with Paul, he sent me an offer sheet. I told him I just needed a few minutes to think it over. About ten minutes later, when I followed up with another question, I was informed that Zach had already sold the truck.
