Dodge dealerships near me (Bedford, MA)

A mostly strait forward buying experience. Friendly staff and there wasn’t much back and forth. It’s a small dealership , around over 60 years and could use some modernization. I only deducted a star as the paperwork / pickup could have been more efficient. Unlike other dealers they don’t have onsite registry plate services so I needed to swing by a couple days later to pick up my vehicle

Dealership never reached back out to me

Staff was great. Went to multiple dealerships looking for a car and they had the best car, best price, low miles, and were the most helpful. Kaden and Millyan were of great help as well. They make it very easy for you

I worked with a salesman Josh and the service manager Josh for approximately a week and a half when I got down to the dealership the vehicle was not there for that price. They made a mistake on there pricing so I drove back-and-forth three hours time during the day that I did not have to waste so I walked out of there. The deal was supposed to be no money down and then they asked for 20 grand when I got there to me that’s a bait switch and there was no response afterwards so I would never shop for them again or I would wish that no one else would go through that experience again sorry for the review but it’s the truth.

Set an appt two days prior drove 2 hours only to be told the car was sold and get this the ad is STILL UP. Classic bait and switch shady garbage tactics they tried selling me on some dodge trash

showed up at appt. no one was available. I called and ask for service, while waiting in lobby, still no one came to meet me for appointment.

Just make sure you check your numbers very carefully. My numbers didn't add up. Come to find out, they snuck in a warranty package that wasn't mentioned/ discussed that I didn't remotely need for an extra $2,000. Luckily, I caught it, and they removed it. They also promised a warranty that my vehicle didn't qualify for, so I had to sit through multiple rounds of paperwork and negotiations. It worked out, but it took longer far than it needed to.
