Buyer Beware – 2023 Suburban Premier (VIN 1GNSKFKDXPR378975) If you’re considering this vehicle — especially out of state — don’t. I purchased it 02/18/26 for $45,800 after requesting a transparent walk-around. The salesperson filmed it dirty after rain, wiped one small spot, and stated there were no other scratches, dings, or dents. It arrived in pouring rain. The bill of lading documented 56 exterior marks. There were multiple dents and deep, primer-level scratches nearly three feet long. The dealership offered $300 total, claiming the scratches would “buff out.” Six repair estimates later, the lowest quote to correct some (not all) of the damage was $2,000. I asked to split it. The GM refused, saying there was no money left for them in the deal. They took the vehicle back. I had already sold my car and was left scrambling with rentals, kids, and work. It’s now listed $3,000 less than what I paid. more than it would have cost to resolve this. What a waste of time.

They are very nice and the inventory and prices are great.the salesman was friendly and answered all of my questions and went out of his way to find answers if her didn’t know them. They had someone show me all the features and sit in my new car with me before I drove off the lot which was great because I had a 2 hour drive home. As far as financing goes, this is the 2nd time I’ve traded in a car at Bill Luke and they get very sketchy with the financing. My last car they bumped the loan out 12 months longer than what I had agreed on and signed. This time we agreed on a payment and everything was set in motion and they “forgot” to put my loan payoff in the price. They implied I should’ve seen that but they didn’t even see it. It feels predatory and scammy and this is probably my last purchase from any Bill Luke dealership.

I had to drive to the dealership and cancel my purchase because after 2 weeks I still didn’t get my car. So I got my deposit back and will shop elsewhere

Never got back to me after the second email, and never told me the car sold.
