Fast and I got what I was looking for.

One of the best dealerships I’ve been to so far. The truck I initially looked into was RWD and that’s not something I wanted in buying a truck. The truck itself was beautiful. Super clean, drove great, and the price was more than reasonable. Karen was absolutely amazing and I would recommend Zarooki to anyone I know.

Rich was who helped me through getting the car, I flew in to buy it and the day of it started to throw some codes which can happen if you let a Maserati sit for too long. They replaced the parts and made sure the car was good to go before letting me drive it. The next day I noticed one of the tires was a little worn on one side and I didn’t want to make the drive back to Arkansas (12 hours) on those tires and Rich took time out of his day to call around and got me in with a friend of his who replaced the front two tires and they took care of the paying for them. Definitely went above and beyond in my opinion and I would gladly do business with them again. And the car made the 12 hour drive back home like a dream and I’ve had no issues since. Thanks Rich! I called them the day before someone reached out to me. I worked with Eric in sales and Jennifer in finance and they met all my expectations.

Best service we could ask for staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Offered my four year old daughter all the candy and chips she could eat. Also very fast and easy process. Walked away with the car we wanted along with the payments we wanted. Thank you Tio Charlie’s.

The worst dealer in the city! I called with 4k down they wanted me to do all the paperwork before I seen the car. Literally wanted to have the whole deal done before I test drove the vehicle. I did what asked approved at 10% and I had 4k down. When I got to the lot 2hrs after my appointment I see the car running, so I peak in, now I had an ac issue in my Porsche that cost me 5k. So first thing I notice was the AC was blowing cold. I asked the rep he went inside and said “ oh we marked it down 2k. “ I told him why did you inform me of that this is a 45 min drive for me… the sales rep slammed the hood of the car and said the deal was off. Was very angry. I laughed walked to my Porsche. And went to google reviews. They lie and aren’t honest. I went the next to Berkenkotter Motors in Parker, the next day got a better approval with the same car at a better price. They lost a serious buyer to poor service.
