Bait and Switch! Beware!!! Listed ID.4 for $16, 495, inquired and sales rep sent quote for $22,000. When I replied and asked him to adjust....He waited a few days then said he never got the email and raised the price online to $23,995....Also, he didn't know if the vehicle came with charger....Javier's (sales rep) reply: "Some of them come with a Level 1 Charger."

Falsely advertised vehicle, dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. Sticker price on the car was different from the website. Tried to shrug off the dash lights as a “faulty O2 sensor”, but that still wouldn’t pass smog. Started up the car for a test drive and it rattled and shook like it was going to stall, even at idle. What a scam and a huge waste of time. Scummy dealership and sales practices.
