So I reached out on 21 February and I think they finally responded on the 27th by then I had already wrapped up my deal with car in. Auto caught a train down to the southern cow and picked up my ride from a responsive dealer, these guys above are not that.

Eric was a big let down. He was prompt at first, then he gives you a run around. Tried to contact Eric several times, no answer. Still interested in the truck though.

Vehicle had rust, damage when i clearly asked if it was in good condition. It was not in good condition. Drove an hour and a half to find out they were not honest.

They texted and emailed me the very next day. Very quick to respond.

Very nice salesman, but when we came back to sign papers the salesman did not have the warranty that the financial manager agreed to. So, that was frustrating.

Very non pushy staff

The dealership called me the same day I filled the application out. I met with them and purchased the car a few days later, from Abe at Professional Auto. He was very professional, genuine and thorough. He ordered a spare tire for me, filled the gas tank and checked air in my tires all before I left. He was very personable and I would highly recommend Professional Auto.
