I received one call about the car, I ask one question about the car and have never heard back from them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Jon Hall Used Vehicles, which reflects a serious breakdown in basic business integrity. Before making the trip, I communicated directly with a salesperson, Ryan Cunniff, who agreed via text message to an out-the-door price of $26,000 for the vehicle. During those discussions, he asked whether the deal would be cash or financed and never indicated that my offer was rejected or conditional. Based on those clear representations, I took time off work and drove 2.5 hours to the dealership in good faith, fully prepared to complete the purchase. Upon arrival, the situation changed completely. A manager disregarded the agreed-upon terms and attempted to raise the out-the-door price to $33,888—an increase of nearly $8,000. Even after I presented the text messages documenting the agreement, the dealership refused to honor the price. This experience demonstrates a troubling lack of transparency and respect for customers’ time.

I was interested in this car for 9 days, waiting to hear from a person from the dealer, but it was sold while I waited to hear from the dealer. No one ever called me like they said they would.

The salesman had great communication prior seeing the car. Once we saw the car, the leasing options were very few and there was no effort or compassion into reviewing better rates. As for the car, although it seemed good on paper, driving it had a few issues that were not shared on the listing; delayed transmission switch, and shocks that need replacing. Even while leaving, there wasn’t an effort to try to look into better options and address the mentioned issues, and only after leaving, sending texts and calls for better offers (already purchased a better vehicle by the time they reached out).

Only answer one time but never answered my question
