Great in store experience but then I was ghosted and that ended it

This was horrendous they texted that my appointment was at... I HAD NO APPOINTMENT. I was talk I ng with Adam. And said I would be down in the morning At 11:00 he texted and asked if I was still coming i replied I'm here. When I went in the guys at the desk said Adam left but one of n the guys on his team would take care. Long story short after telling Adam to have everything ready the guy came with an offer my trade in plus 10,000$ or a cosigner because my credit was 430, I have been working with experience and checked the day before. What Liars I left !!! They texted and texted I a ill never go I nto a serpent I n I again

I had booked an appointment to see a 2016 Honda Civic, made sure it was all set in stone for 4pm at the dealership. I had drove 40 minutes with intention to buy that car…I got there walked in told the salesmen that I had an appointment at 4 to look at a Honda civic. I was told they sold the car before I got there, no call or email to let me know they did that. Not only that but it was the only Honda they had. Then I asked “did you really sell that even though it’s been in two accidents?” And the salesman had no idea it had been in accidents. So not only did they sell the car without letting me know and wasted my time they also sold the car $3,000 more than what it’s worth on blue book, and it had been in two accidents and the buyer had no idea. In my honest opinion it was extremely unprofessional.
