This dealer is a scammer. Don't buy a car. 1. I sold a car with an engine problem 2. I confirmed that the air conditioner did not come out at the time of purchase, so I promised to repair it after purchasing the car, but I blocked contact.

They were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Communicating with salesperson all week. Set an appointment time. Confirmed prior to making the drive to the dealership. Walked into the dealership to be told “oops the car just sold. They just drove off the lot. But we have others I can show you, what else are you interested in?” Sleazy sales tactic. I don’t appreciate the waste of my time - an hour and a half waste of my time to be exact.

My experience with 369motors was great. Chad and Dean were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They were very accommodating in my situation. Due to the amount of negative equity in my present vehicle I was not able to make a purchase with them. Once my vehicle is paid off. I will return to Chad an Dean for my future vehicle needs.

This company delivered an inoperable vehicle that was not safe to drive on the road. They were in constant communication until every dollar was paid, then took 5 working days to deliver the car. The car arrived with 4 flat tires and broken suspension. They assured me I had 7 days to review and keep or reject the car during that time. I’ve contacted them vis text as most of out communication was in that format. That have not responded at all. The car was priced at $11k and will take around $6k to repair it to good condition.

By expanding my search to larger cities, I was able to find the vehicle that best fit my preferences and budget. The fact that the dealership handled not only the sale but also the vehicle registration in my state—and, on top of that, delivered it right to my home almost the very next day—was fantastic.
