The staff makes up scenarios to keep you around. At the end of the day nothing gets done. They told us to wait around and they would contact us asap. They never called or responded our calls. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. They aren’t trained to deal with customers appropriately.

Huntington was a pleasant person to do business with. He was very knowledgeable about the operating of the car as this was our first time buying a hybrid vehicle. He was very articulate in speech as he guided us through two hours of “learning” about the car. We would definitely call him for our future car needs.

Traded my older bmw for a tesla a to z took about 45 min. Got good trade in value, great price on tesla, good financing terms and was treated well by Kartech employees thank you

I was excited to look at the 2018 Volvo XC60 that was competitively priced. When I got there there was an enormous crack across the entire sunroof that wasn't pictured in the photos online. The check engine light came on during the 15 min. test drive and the car went into limp mode. When we got back from the test drive the owner of the dealership came out and spoke exclusively to my male friend, even though I was the one buying (female). They made it sound like the check engine was no big deal, but I think if the car was properly maintained and ready for sale the no big deal thing would've been checked ahead of time. I would not trust these guys to buy from.
