Good experience

Salesperson who contacted me was rude. I was willing to drive 2hrs for a vehicle they supposedly had in stock. Salesman would never give me a price. Told me to give him best price I got locally and they’d beat it once I gave them price. Turns out they didn’t even have the vehicle advertised, but said they could get one.

I had canceled this visit with this dealership not long after I made an appointment with them and they were very gracious, ask no questions and just canceled and said they could be helpful if I should ever need assistance again.

Got a good deal on the car I wanted.

The description of the vehicle online was different than what we saw in person. The initial person that contacted me via email was very snarky. The dealer added on a ridiculous dollar amount in dealer fees. The sales people were very friendly but the finance person was condescending and arrogant. We left the dealership visited another dealership in Ft. Worth and had a much different experience. We drove off the lot with a great vehicle at the stated price with not additional hidden, exorbitant fees.
