John Paul greeted me at the door with a nice small and took time for me to talk about my car interest also a test drive. I enjoyed the beautiful showroom as well as the sales manager assisting me to accommodate my buying experience but to no avail since I was tied into 3yrs to pay off my current vehicle. They both were extremely grateful I had driven over 60 miles to view that particular vehicle since I once had a 2014 black Ford Taurus that was totaled in 2021 and it was parked at my apartment and ruined my dream car that I so loved but maybe one day soon I will be able to have another. Have great pictures online but the car looks nothing like online was a waste of time everytime you ask about this car it’s in service it’s been in Hawaii in a volcano eruption so the paint messes up I didn’t car about no paint I can get that fix on my own what about the motor and transmission is the question just not satisfying they need to take the car offline if it CANT BE SOLD POINT BLANK SIMPLE

Dealership was responsive over texts. Some of the information was incorrect. Mileage was higher than reported online. The dealership has extra add on fees including Safeshield and Stargard, which is a scam/money grab. They told me by text they would remove the Stargard and fee but then refused when I purchased the car.
