There was an air/heating issue with the car that the seller was unaware of and I was told they would fix it but when I reached out I never got a reply to get it taken care of. Very disappointed. The final OTD itemization actually showed the sale price higher than the advertised price. I think this was a backhanded way of decreasing our trade in value without it showing in the itemization.

The car salesman was very friendly and helpful with giving me good information about the vehicle. I did not get a chance to purchase the vehicle but the customer service was very great.
