Dealerships near me (Cortland, OH)

The communication was off. I reached out to somebody about a car. They said the car was there. I made preparations to come in. Then the man never called me and when he did call me back he said the car was sold so there is a lack of communication !

No comment.....all good!

Kept sending me the same email over and over and apparently there was no communication between them and they weren’t even aware that I had an appointment and the vehicle sold in the meantime and kept sending emails for me to come see it

Seeing and driving the car was delayed for (4) days while car was being "detailed" before showing. Checked the day of my visit since Cochran GMC Buick is in Boardman OH and I am in Massillon OH. The car was sold by a manager per the agent that set up my appointment. Will never deal with outfit again, period!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with the entire staff at Toyota Boardman, OH. The Internet Salesperson, Jessica, was knowledgeable, quick to respond without being overbearing, and very helpful during the process prior to my visit to the dealership. I traveled 90 miles, and it was quite worth it. Purchasing a new car can be a dreadful experience, and I avoid it as much as I can. This team made me gain confidence with the experience moving forward. I expect we will purchase our next new vehicle through this dealer. The price we agreed upon before I left home was the price that was honored. Nick, the salesperson with whom we worked, had a refreshing approach that was welcomed. His nonchalant demeanor allowed my wife and me to feel comfortable without the typical pressure one may experience. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers. Their low-pressure style made the process efficient and much quicker than my experience in the past. Win-win for both parties.
