First of all, I dont know whether the truck was available or not. The salesman, Roberto Gonzalez said it was available, but still going through its maintenance before placement on the lot. I requested a Purchase Order to take to my bank because I am already approved for auto financing. Roberto said that he needed a copy of my DL in order to generate the PO. I sent it, and never received the PO. I phoned him again, and he blamed his finance department for the delay and promised to resend. He did not resend. In conclusion, we found out the truck sold the same day, without notification from Roberto. This is very poor customer service and in my opinion, very unprofessional. We have not heard from him yet since sending him my DL info. I would not recommend this business to anyone, nor will we contacting them in the future.
