The round trip took me eight hours, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales representative was inattentive and repeatedly walked away instead of assisting us properly. The vehicle’s battery was completely dead upon arrival, and it took three hours to replace it, which shows a serious lack of preparation and professionalism. During the test drive, the infotainment screen was not functioning, and this issue was never disclosed to me beforehand. Additionally, the rear of the vehicle had visible damage that was not shown in the online photos. I was only informed about this after I arrived. After spending eight hours traveling, I expected honesty and transparency. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
