Dealership was a very nice, very professional. They contacted me as soon as I put my information in to I talked about the car and everything was fine.From that point that I felt comfortable.

I was forced to finance through their bank because they refused to use the auto check issued to me by my credit union. Richard and Jefferson were great. Sales manager not so much. Sales manager told his finance guy to not offer me anything extra because I was going to probably refinance somewhere else. Just wasn't the professional mentality when I was spending over $20000. Maybe he was having a bad day.

No pressure from staff and transparent purchase.

Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Do Not Buy Here. Sketchy. Business. Practices. Found a truck online with a decent price. Dealt all day with a guy named Pravin. Started to get into the weeds of the deal and ask questions. The rate they gave me was over 10%. I can get significantly lower at my own lender(6.5%). Came back and said they do not accept outside financing. It’s cash or finance through them. I told them I did not want this VIP package with a year of oil changes and services because I live 800 miles away. They said I had no choice and they sell all of their vehicles with this “Vanguard VIP”. They said all of this was firm and no budging. Spoke with Pravin all day on the phone and mentioned I would finance myself and none of this was mentioned. Crazy to think I was going to travel 800 miles to spend tens of thousands of dollars at their dealership and get treated like this. Gives southern hospitality a bad name. After reading reviews this is how they operate. Sketchy.
