Dealerships near me (Coppell, TX)

I haven’t received the vehicle as yet but I signed all docs on 3/2 for my vehicle . No communication on delivery . They are not very communicative . The rep Elliot who answered the call on Friday was helpful as he stated the manger said on 3/9 the vehicle would be picked up for delivery . The sales person kept stating via text she’s going to find out but didn’t get back to me until 3/9 .Summer was my sales person she’s wonderful not sure what was the delay .

Called on this car twice 2 months apart only to be told both times it was sold but they have others to look at. Do not appreciate this Nate and switch tactic.

I was forced to finance through their bank because they refused to use the auto check issued to me by my credit union. Richard and Jefferson were great. Sales manager not so much. Sales manager told his finance guy to not offer me anything extra because I was going to probably refinance somewhere else. Just wasn't the professional mentality when I was spending over $20000. Maybe he was having a bad day.

No pressure from staff and transparent purchase.

Very knowledgable staff, in and out in less than 2 hours.

Responded immediately, and followed up often after that. I got sick and pulled off car shopper ng for awhile, as a result, but they have stayed in touch through it all.

All good just did not buy do to a few issues
