I called the CarMax in Sacramento, and the salesman I talked to was very helpful and told me all about the car and answered all my questions about price, documentation fees, insurance, and several other questions I had. I will call back and reserve the car when I get my funding together. It was a really good experience. It made me want to buy a car from CarMax instead of a regular car dealership.

The dealer and I were communicating through phone and text and got everything in place before I could come to the lot as I live an hour away.
